Pastors and Musicians to Gather for Good Shepherd Institute Conference
FORT WAYNE, IN (CTS)— Musicians, clergy and laypeople from across
the nation will gather on the campus of Concordia Theological Seminary,
Fort Wayne, Indiana, November 7-9, 2010, for the Good Shepherd Institute
Conference entitled Sing With All the Saints in Glory: The Theology of
the Christian's Death in Rite and Song.
Among those scheduled to present are:
• Rev. William Cwirla; Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Hacienda
Heights, California
• Rev. Christopher Esget; Immanuel Lutheran Church, Alexandria,
Virginia
• Rev. Peter Cage; St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, Indiana
• Pamela Boehle-Silva, RN, Roseville, California
As in years past, the conference will include plenary and sectional
sessions, choral vespers, recitals and a hymn festival. Scheduled music
